Situated on the Tasman Sea, we are just off Highway 3, halfway between Auckland and Wellington – very convenient for travellers.

Watch the sunrise from your bed? It’s true! Even though we are on the west coast , we face north. Often the morning sky is lit up in all shades of pink reflecting on the deep blue waters. A full moon can be just as beautiful.

Our 10 acres were purchased as bare land in 1991 and now has mature gardens and landscaped lawns. A 1-acre sunken garden provides colour throughout the year. The property has 160 avocado trees – a commercial crop. We’re happy to share them if you are here when they are ripe.
